Why is my package not showing?
If your package is not showing, please check for the following reasons:
- Class Not Included in Package
The organizer may not have included the class you’re trying to purchase as part of the package. - First-Time Client Restrictions
The package may be restricted to first-time clients only, and you do not qualify. - Package Expiration Date
If you were to purchase a non-recurring package today, it might expire before the class you’re trying to register for. - Organizer Restrictions
Organizers cannot purchase their own packages. - Multiple Recurring Packages
You may already have a recurring package and cannot hold two recurring packages simultaneously. To change your recurring package type or purchase a new one, you must first cancel your existing recurring package.- For more details, see how to cancel your existing recurring package.
