How to add multiple instructors to a class
While most classes have a single instructor, there may be instances when you need to include multiple instructors for a class. Here’s how you can easily add more than one instructor:
Adding an Instructor
Follow these steps to add an instructor as you normally would:
- Go to Tools.
- Click Teams.
- Select Add Team Member.
Creating a Joint Profile
To create a joint profile for the instructors:
- Enter both instructors’ names in the Team member name box (e.g., “Jan and Yasmine”).
- Upload a joint photo.
- Write a joint biography in the Team member bio field.
- Click Save.
Final Result
After saving the joint instructor profile, the class details will display the combined instructor information, as shown below:
